Family house reservation

Hi,

We have a family guesthouse and we share it with 4 famely's.
each of them can make a booking without any costs.

How can I make it possible for them to make this reservation without all the payment and registration things?

I want to hide everything about cost and payment.
It is a family house and only family can book a period of time and it will cost them nothing.
I came a bit further by using some CSS ( display: none; )

Now I want to edit the email template because I want to hide some fields.
Getting into this but it is not an easy thing to do I experienced
