Weird PayPal action was created by Shemeam
We have our site set up to accept payment by GBP pound only £
Bookings go straight through to PayPal
A customer, based in the UK, with a UK PayPal account has managed to pay the booking using USD dollars.
This has obviously screwed up the booking in Solidres.
Can anyone throw any light on this?
When I tested the system PayPal did not offer me the option to pay in USD
Support always appreciated.
Alison

Hi,
What is your asset's currency?
The PayPal payment is always processed in your asset's currency, therefore if your asset's currency is GBP, then it should be GBP in PayPal.

It is set as GBP, that is why I am confused.
Anyway, i think it is a user issue and not a Solidres issue so hopefully the client will go quiet on it from now
Thanks for your response
