Please, How to have some category to work like a simple Real Estate listing (new apartments, houses for examples) ?

What I mean is:
- I can create the categories Hotels, Hostels, B&B etc. and all these one, let me say, will have the price per day and booking system. This is the Solidres main function.
- But I want create also a category apartments for long terms rental, so the price will be per month and not per day. Here, may be the booking system still can be used
- Finally I want add also a category for apartments not for rent, but only for sell. So, in this category I have only to show, if the property owner wants, the selling price (Real Estate "listing")

At this moment there is no Price per month support, however you can divide your monthly price to per day price and and set min stay to 30 days.

Solidres is focusing on online reservation therefore we do not offer ability for selling accommodation yet.
