Thank you! That was exactly what I was looking for (concerning the language!) Thank you!

Now, the button "Privatsphäreeinstellungen" comes at the end before ending or conferming the reservation, see screenshot. This is not necessary and I'd like to delete it.

where can I add or change the email address to which the announcment of new reservations are sent to?

To delete the "Privatsphäreeinstellungen" link, please edit this file:

/components/com_solidres/layouts/asset/confirmationform.php (around line 645)

To change the email addresses that receive new reservation notification, you can change the property's email and in tab Publishing > Additional email addresses.
