This question should be asked to your hosting provider, request them to provide full details about why did they block your site. We believe it has nothing to do with Solidres.

hosting say the have a bug in becuse content editor when uploaded 5 folder in root .
this into folders has index.php when loded url link phishing
but we deleted folders unknow
and installed com_firewall
and confirmed this problem
