Customers cannot save Feedback from site

j4 and feedback plugin 1.2.6 - php 8.1

The customer have a JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_SAVE_NOT_PERMITTED message on the site whenever he tries to save a feedback.

The server logs seems ok, says

Can you activate the Debug System and Error Reporting to see if there are some more details ?

Please, Can you confirm them ?

I use the feedback plugin (and solidres in general) just for experiences, so I can't verify these bugs:
13 - BUG - Property > Scores tab > Progress-bars not loading
14 - BUG - navbar & sortfilterbar

I still cannot save feedback, same error, updated solidres to last version last week
