When based on occupancy, the booking total is not calculated properly

Have created property and room types. Have created extras. Have decided to make the prices go ten dollars higher per night per occupant. The number tallies up correctly for a one night stay, but does not tally up correctly for two or more nights. The ten dollar up charge is only applied to the first night stay, and should tabulate for each night of the booking.

To charge extra by occupancy, you need Advanced Extra plugin (it is available for all paid subscription levels), more info can be found here:
