Dynamically suggest local Information (activities & attractions)

Would it be possible to add the ability to offer local information when an asset is selected showing tourist hot spots with distance and write ups

To show what to do locally & local attractions using Latitude and Longitude positioning, so that when a property is selected, a designated area around the property will display attractions which fall with in it. When the link of the attraction is selected a popup showing the appropriate information which has previously been added by the editor.
