I want to manage 4 apartments for my friend and I wonder
what version do I need to do the things below?

I only have three requirements:
1. I need low and high season tariff possibility.
2. In addition to the main season, the preview calendar should be color-coded
3. Payment should only be made by bank transfer, that is, the customer reserves and receives an email with the bank details where he can transfer the money.

According to your requirements, it depends on how you want your guest to search for 04 apartments:

+ If you want a single search form that can search for availability of all 4 apartments like airbnb.com, then you need to subscribe our HUB subscription level.

+ If you want guest to search for 04 apartment individually, then the SINGLE subscription level is sufficient.
