email Id of property owner

Sir, before subscribing the Solidres, I am experincing the solidres. While booking, customer is receiving the mail but how and where to put the email id of property owner?

In joomla admin, if I put the administrator email id, it is not delivering any email. but if I remove the joomla email id, customer is receiving but not the admin.

please guide.

The parameters are made in Solidres at the establishment level when it is created and there is also the possibility of customizing the code of the sending email.

Sir, thanks for the reply but unfortunately I am not clear. While creating the property ofcourse I have given the Email Id in General Tab.

But it is not working.

Yes Sir, I have through it and accordingly did contact the hosting provider also. But they said everything is fine. So, why gmail is not working
