Sorry, hope the problem is not of Solidres. Well, I can skip gmail id.
Another doubt is for module check availability, it displays only for default property.
But I wanted to select the property first then check. Any guide please to implement the same.

Regarding email issue, Solidres use Joomla API to send email, therefore it could be something related to your hosting specific setup, we can check it further if you raise a new support ticket and provide us your website info.

Module Check Availability is developed to support the default property only. For multiple properties search, you need Advanced Search module which is available for HUB subscribers.
