Buy the solidres component, but which version?

I would like to buy your SolidRes component for Joomla, but I hesitate between the different bundle or hub versions.

My need is to manage rental requests for a gîte that only has 2 bedrooms.
Here are the desired features:
• Check the availability of rooms over a period
• Book a room online with sending an email to the owner
• Confirmation of the reservation for the owner
• Have a deposit paid online by credit card when booking
• Block the reservation once the deposit has been paid by the customer.
• Have the balance paid by credit card, one week before the start of the stay
• Multilingual site
• Visitor and booking statistics
• Support and assistance over 6 months
Do both versions include credit card payments to my bank account?
Which version do you recommend?

For credit card payment, you can purchase Stripe payment plugin separately:
