Same Room Type for multiple properties!

Hi Guys!

I downloaded Solidres Core package and I'm doing some tests...
I want to create just one room type and assign it to multiple properties? so I don't have to create the same room type several times, as many properties will use it.
Is some way to modify the property assignment drop down menu?

In Solidres, each property has its own room type, you can not assign the same room type to multiple properties.

OK, so basically I have to create the same room type, for every property in Solidres.
If I have a room with name "Double Room", and assigned to Hotel/Property X, I have to create the exact same room with the same name for the Hotel/Property Y...
Will I have name conflict?
Can I have two rooms with the same name, assigned to different properties?
Is the room name a "unique" field?

To avoid repetitive tasks, Is possible to clon the room type to another property?
Or even just clone it, and then edit it, to assign it to another property?

There is no conflicts.

Room type/room name are not unique fields.

You can clone the room type easily, you should download and install the free version to evaluate the system easier and have better understanding on how it works.
