Hi,
I've tried to test the web and I've created categories, properties and rooms.
I'm trying to enter a new tariff with the complextariff_v1.5.0 plugin, I'm entering all needed data but when I click save and page refreshes, there are no rates saved.
I've uninstalled the complextariff_v1.5.0 plugin and even saw that there are leftovers in the /plugins/solidres/complextariff directorium and I've manually deleted them. So I've installed the complextariff_v1.5.0 plugin once again... but still nothing. It doesn't work at all.
I'm using :
- Joomla! 3.9.28 Stable;
- PHP Version 7.4.0;
- Shaper Helix 3 Template with System - Helix3 Framework;
- Solidres Version 2.12.2-Stable;
- complextariff_v1.5.0 plugin

Hi,
Your username ik.company is not in the subscribers list (both active + inactive list).
As you ask support for a paid extension (Complex Tariff), you are required to open a private support ticket or you must email us the download ID + username so that we can verify your subscription and identity.
