"No assigned rooms" problem was created by Thellie
My staff contacted me to say that a booking via Booking.com (for 3 rooms for 3 nights) was set as Cancelled and "No assigned rooms" even though there were enough rooms available.
This has happened a couple of times now.
Do you know why this is happening, please?

Hi,
It happened when there are availability mismatch between your Solidres inventory and the channel inventory, please look at the Calendar view, it will show availability mismatch in red color.
When availability mismatch happened, you'd need to fix it as soon as possible by re-syncing the availability.

Yes, I did that, but it happened again when (as far as I could see) there were no mismatches...
Anyway, I'll re-check, and keep an eye on the issue.
