At this moment our needs are to setup a configuration for just one villa. Is that possible? Is there anywhere an example?

Hi,
Yes it is absolutely possible with the following configuration:
+ Add 01 property
+ Add 01 room type with 01 room (this room type as as a villa for booking)
+ Add 01 menu item with type = Apartment, then assign the previous room type for it.
