My allocator sync was created by solaroberto
Hi,
2 years ago I bought a joomla developer license which expired on April 28th and I haven't renewed yet. I also activated MyAllocator to sync availabilities with OTA. From April 28th Solidres no longer synchronizes the availabilities and does not download the reservations arrived from OTA. Do I need to have an active solidres license to be able to synchronize availabilities?
In any case, I bought the component 2 years ago and I know that once it expires I am not entitled to updates, but it does not seem right to me that part of the purchased system fails to function.

PS of course I checked on MyAllocator and there the booking was downloaded

Channel manager connection requires active subscription, it is documented clearly in the subscription page (in the features table and in the FAQs):

www.solidres.com/subscribe/solidres-for-joomla

Please renew in order to continue using the channel manager connection.
