Hi,
I was looking at your product with interest to include in our website. Currently we use an outside agency allowing customers to buy entry tickets to our attraction but would like to bring this process in-house. I realise that Solidres is pre-eminently is for booking accommodation but I did see that you have an Experience (Tour & Activities) add on. Can this feature be used as a "stand alone" for our attraction. My client also has self-catering cottages and lodges which may be included within the future. Briefly, our requirements are as follows...
We have a range of entry tickets available to buy - adult, child, student, concession etc. all at different prices plus vouchers. The other important features that we need to include are:
- The ability to contact all ticket holders by email/SMS in the event of a closure due to bad weather
- Generate reports of visitor numbers and ticket income (daily, weekly, monthly)
- The ability to set limits on the numbers of pre-book tickets
- The ability to issue free tickets
- The ability to set and alter capacity of booking slots
- If we did special events - sales reporting of variations
- Ability to set and alter capacity of booking slots
- Booking visibility by day
- Generate a QR Code to check-in
- Search by customer name/booking number/email address
- No requirement to login for checkout to purchase tickets, guest checkout only
- Accept payments via Stripe

All of your requirements are matched by Solidres functionality, except the following:
<< - The ability to contact all ticket holders by email/SMS in the event of a closure due to bad weather
For property, you can contact the guest via email using the Reservation note feature, but this feature is not yet available for Experience. SMS is only available for reservation completion notification.

This is one of the main and most used requirements unfortunately and as this is first and foremost a visitor attraction with holiday cottages as an additional income stream.
