Numbers along the top of room types, in the calendar #2 was created by Thellie
Hi,
Our numbers are mismatched, but it seems to be a communication error with MyAllocator - all fields are similar eg 5/- 4/- 1/- 0/- ... I believe that the '-' should show the number from MyAllocator, but if it's '-' then presumably there's no communication between the two systems.
The last communication from MyAllocator was 07:44 Friday morning (so over 24 hours ago).
I've contacted MyAllocator to ask them to check their system, but I thought I'd ask here as well if this is something anyone has come across?
Things I've done today:
Upgrade Joomla to 5.4.1
Upgrade Solidres to 3.4.1
Upgrade all extensions (Solidres and others)
Checked the SR/My tokens still match
Checked the channel manager room IDs haven't changed
Resaved all relevant rate plans and room types
Not sure what else I can do.
I'll open a ticket with you if I don't get any help from MyAllocator, and will update this topic if they do solve the issue.
