Problem with Media Manager from Backend

I have some problem to insert pictures in a Room Typer from BackEnd. The upload system work but after this, I don't see nothing images into image library.

attached the screenshot of the frame for loading the images back end side ... basically I can not insert any images for the structure and for the rooms.
I uninstalled version 5 of Solidres and installed the latest thinking this was the problem but I have not solved.

I also have problems sending e-mails to customers. In the verification phase and booking frontend, the mail client does not arrive.

seems to me just a verification of availability from the front end.

The last concerns the possibility to permanently delete the reservations of tests that I made and I can not delete from the backend.
