Room type display error

when i open the room type, it says :

Mise en page edit_tariff introuvable

Translation : cannot fine layout of edit-price

of something like this

please advise.

as well, i bought the 99 dollars bundle but cannot access to Themes.
it says "plugin Hub is not installed or enabled."
but Bunddle at 99 dollars says Theme is included in this option.

As well, can't fine were is the Complex tarif option settings.
