hi vietvh,
the situation in a villas rental business is this:
we have villas which may contain several rooms but the are not rented by rooms but as whole for a period of time which could be daily or weekly.
A rental company may have many villas ti list and rent at one time.
It is like if each villa was a hotel but not rooms for sale, just the villas itself with its amenities.

Hi,
Thank you for your info.
You can create a "placeholder" asset (an asset that is only used to hold villas), then create room types for it, now each room type is served as a single villas. This is also the way I see other users do in order to use Solidres for apartments, villas.
Then you can use our Complex Tariff 0.3.0 (Beta at this moment) plugin to create different tariffs:
1. For daily booking: create tariff that has min nights = 1.
2. For weekly booking: create tariff that has min nights = 7 and you may use the new Limit Checkin field to limit checking to Monday or whatever day you want.

I'm also looking to see if I can use Solidres as a Villa and Apartment booking website. A villa may have 1,2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms for up to 12 personsand apartments generally have 1 to 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons. I need this information to be searchable via the Search Box, is this possible?

I purchased the component hoping it would do for a villas rental business but NO, it's not good for that, far from it. Pity though.
I am still looking for a valid alternative but still no result. I would appreciate feed-back on your experience.
