Component lets people book for dates that are already booked

Good day,

I have recently started using the Solidres booking component. It works well and is easier to use than most booking components but i have run into a problem.

I did a test where i went and booked a room for a whole month and then I went and tried to book that room again for the same time period and it didn't come back with a error saying that the room is already booked. And when i look at the calendar in the front end as well it doesn't indicate the dates the room is booked in red as it should.

Please advise.

I had changed Payment Status to completed but didn't think to change the actual Status of the reservation.
