reservation period and villas

Hi,
I'm really interested in this module but wonder if it can handle this;

I have 10 villas to rent, all same specifications and prices.
But customers should choose period to rent, per week, weekend or midweek.
It's also important to prevent overlapping in reservations.
Periodes should be displayed per week/month in one page with available villas left.

Is this possible to configure with solidres and what version?
