Hi,
It should be fixed now, please try again.
FYI, the current ticket system will soon be put in read only mode, we will replace it with a brand new ticket system after that.

Yes it is fixed, but how can i see my tickets and what is happening with the tickets that are open?

Hi,
You can access them under top menu My Account - My old tickets. The site migration is almost completed, however we could overlook some places, let us know if you have any issues with it.
