A new user made a reservation this afternoon. The booking confirmation email has link with 404.

A new reservation has been made, please check details below or click here to view it:

This is the link in the email reservation to admin and user:
riverviewhotelcuenca.com/index.php?optio...ationform.edit&id=10

It leads to a 404 page: Invalid controller: name='reservationform', format=''

How do I add the Hotel logo to the email? Now it shows image missing in email.

Hi,

That link is for email sending to asset's partner, if you are not using Hub plugin then you should unset the asset's partner. That link would take an asset's partner to the front end hub dashboard so that the partner can manage the reservation from there without going to backend.

Thanks! Bit I cannot find where to disable or unset the asset's partner. I never added one.

Where specifically is it??

Also, the client wants to customize the email. Where can I do that?

Hi,

You can edit your asset and notice the field Partner in tab General, is it assigned to any users there?

If this issue persists please raise a new support ticket with your website address, we will check it for you.

About email templates you can find them here:

/components/com_solidres/layouts/emails

You can edit those files that end with "_inliner" because they are being used by Solidres. They are generated from the non-inliner versions.
