location map

Hi support,

Is is necesarry to use the Google map static api key in order for the location map to work propertly in hub search? I have no Google map static api key in the system, and when I open the location map it always gives me the same map of the pacific ocean area. I have no properties yet in the system. Has that something to do with that?

There are two types of key you need: 1 for the normal map and 1 for the static map (used in Location Map module). Both are free, you should have both in order for the map to work properly.

I see imany different google map API's in the Google console. The static google map ApI I put into the hub section under Solidres Options. I see I also need to put an API key in the component section under Solidres options section. But I am not sure which Google map API to put there. Can you tell me which of the following API's to put in there? Here are the Map API's to choose from:

You need the following:

Google Maps JavaScript API (for Solidres Options - Component - Google Map API Key)
Google Static Maps API (for Solidres Options - Hub - Google Static Map API Key)

Look like it is not related to Solidres, it's best to consult that component's author for more information.
