Dear suport,
I face the problem using the single license of solidres as follow :
- when I put the nominal for down payment of reservation, why always update failed response from the system ? Do we need the plugin ?
- Is there any feature to alert the hotel owner if there is new reservation come in ?

Hi,
1. Please elaborate more about your issue, you can have faster support by raising a new support ticket and include your website address + admin account so that we can check your site faster.
2. Owner can get notification via emails (default) as well as SMS (required SMS plugin).

1. i will capture the error failed ad inform he address in separate ticket
2. how to configure email notif when reservation requested by customer come in ?

2. You can configure the main email in your asset - General - Email
Then you can specify additional emails in your asset - Publishing - Additional emails.
