Map api kei frontEnd Joomla 3.x

I'm using for the first time solidres for a site developed in joomla 3.x and I'm having trouble displaying the map in the front end of the site.
I've put all the administrative data down and it works correctly but when I click on the "View Map" link on the Front End side it remains a white page you can help me kindly.
