Eror Joomla extension uload

Dear Support,

I have Joomla website and try to upload Solidres extension. But during uploading the extension, we foind erro as follow :

The possible option a this moment is to "Switch to utf8 (from utf8mb4), if you don't need Chinese or Emoji." (quoted from one of the answer in the above topic).

I had sam exerience problem and have change to utf8. But the error still exist when install solidress hub full package.
