email not send after booking

i'm trying solidres free version for a project B&B and i have a trouble about notification email after booking

joomla version 3.7.4
php 7

i have already tested button email test: it works!
i tried to change email using gmail but nothing!
also after booking first this message appears

and the link 'Click here' isnt correct (genova46.it/Genova46 Suite&Room but this page not exist)


then after click for refresh appears:

In any case, the mail is not sent to the client or to the administrator

at last i have tried with smtp but nothing
but if i use the ckeck 'Notify the customer via email' from Booking lists then email works

Sorry ... i discovered a fresh install of solidres with your data test in another site and email works fine.
I will provided to remove and reinstall solidres on the site with trouble
