Guest booking information file

Hi,
I'd like to not show the first "Enter your information and payment method" bar.
But I don't find the php file.
Just to understand better what view i mean I've attached a screenshot.
Please, could you tell me what is the view php file and where is it?

If you are using Custom Field plugin, then you can find those files in:

/plugins/solidres/customfield/components/com_solidres/layouts/asset
