Hi,

For privacy and security reason, we restrict the partner dashboard to partner user groups only, you must use an account that belong to that group to access the partner dashboard. We do not exchange privacy and security for convenience.

It is the first time I hear in a Component this "...for privacy and security reason..." explication.
"...we restrict the Partner Dashboard to partner user groups only..." That is okay.

But, at least the Partner Group should always be able to view and manage also the Customer Dashboard.
Please, Is it possible ?

Internet rules of today force us to: each account must correspond to a real user and a user can not have more than one account...
So, let me say for example: I have Ragistered users that can be Solidres Customers, and I have 3 different User Groups (subscriptions: Bronze, Silver, Golld) that can always be Solidres Partners. Can I set ?:

- Options > General > Customer user group: Registered + Bronze + Silver + Gold
- Options > Hub > Partner user group: Bronze + Silver + Gold
