Paypal Sandbox/Live

I've set up my sandbox account for the guesthouse, but cannot confirm the email address - I click the button in Paypal, but an email either doesn't get sent out or it is stopped before it gets to my inbox.

Anyway, is this the reason why when I sent a test reservation booking through (pay via paypal method), no information was returned into the reservation fields?
- transaction id and total paid are both empty still, and payment status hasn't changed to 'paid'.

Should these fields get populated by Paypal for both sandbox and live transactions?

Live server, set to offline.

I think I'll set a tariff with a minimum fee to test a live transaction. That's the quickest and easiest test I reckon. I'll let you know what happens.

Yarp, I think it's an issue with the Sandbox setup. I set up a 1฿ tariff and made a booking. Payment went through Paypal correctly, and the transaction details came into the reservation booking details correctly as well.
