is it possible to book just 1 room type of the list of exclusive room types?I mean to not allow guests to book more than 1 room type at once?
how to disable multiply room booking of 1 asset?

Yes it is possible, please activate option "Is exclusive" in your room type - tab Publishing.

I mean how to enable user to book only 1 room type of the asset's list? there are 5 room types, all exclusive. User can book from 1 to 5 different room types at once,I need him to book only 1 type at once
It is about the clicking "Reserve" button at exclusive room type, and if user click this button on another room type it will add to previous checked.
It is not obviously to user.how to improve user experience? can You give an advice?

Did you try the 2.5.0 pre-release, that feature should already included, now when "Is exclusive" mode is activated, guest won't be able to booking more than 01 room type.
