Hi there
I have some old bookings which I would like to mark as 'checked out' but I don not want the system to send an email to the customer.
Can this be temporarily disabled when I update the status of the bookings then turned back on when I am finished?

Hi,
There is a fast and simple way by temporarily disable Feedback plugin, this plugin observes the reservation status change event to send email asking for feedback.
