Hi there
We are almost there with the feedback, I have a couple more questions
1. can I disable the 'negative' option on the feedback form
2. can I disable the 'scores' on the feedback form
And subsequently both on the front end feedback display?

Yes you can hide them by using CSS in both front end and back end or modify the code to hide them entirely.
