Experience module configuration

Dear Solidres community,

I have installed Hub package for Joomla, but I face a couple of problems with customization. Maybe you have ideas how to handle this:

Images don't load. There is right path set, but I cannot see anything:


Cannot customize the order of the tabs, would like to start from description first. Also was wondering whether I may add custom tab with more tour info (map etc)


I'd like to increase the size of the cover image. Cannot find this option anywhere:
