You can see a full list of email layout paths in Solidres System Info page, then you can override it and make your own modification.

Thank you for your support I was to customize the email notification but the problem remain is that when I send email its goes in spam for customers how can I collect this issues ?

This is not a Solidres issue.

Look like your server IP is black listed, you should contact your hosting provider for more information..
