send reservation Email to client is not working

Dear Support,

when you make reservation it shows the message that email was send to a client but the client is not receiving email I even check the spam . help us to solve this issue

Please raise new support ticket (menu Support - Tickets).

The support ticket is available for all paid subscribers.
