Looking for custom development for an early arrival option

Hi,

I am looking for a developer to create a custom feature for my website.

Short explanation :

I want to have the possibility to create a custom extra.
This custom extra will allow the customer to arrive earlyer than the "standard arrival hour".

There would be 4 options :

Check-in default hour
Check-in hour (will not be modified) : 17h
Check-out of the previous customer : 9h the same day
Price : 0
Principle : No specific modification
Display : Allways

Early arrival option 1
Check-in hour (will not be modified) : 14h
Check-out of the previous customer : 9h the same day
Price : 50
Principle : No specific modification (just the extra cost)
Display : Allways

Early arrival option 2
Check-in hour (will not be modified) : 9h
Check-out of the previous customer : 9h the day before
Price : 100
Principle : The day before must be displayed as "ordered"
Display : Only if the day before is not ordered

Early arrival option 3
Check-in hour (will not be modified) : The day before at 17h
Check-out of the previous customer : 9h the day before
Price : 500
Principle : The day before must be displayed as "ordered"
Display : Only if the day before is not ordered

To make it simple :

- "default option" and "early arrival option 1" :
=> A standard Extra will be created for each option. No specific development.

- "early arrival option 2" and "early arrival option 3" :
=> The Reservation (N days) will be displayed as "N+1".
=> If the day before is ordered, the option should not be displayed
For example, if the customer as reserved friday to monday (3000€) with an early arrival option 2 (100€), He will be charged for 3100 € and however he will arrive on thursday at 9h, the system should handle the order as if it was reserved from thursday to monday.
