I asked the same question last week, and the answer is yes - whatever you have in experiences in the single or bundle plan, you have in the hub and developer plan.

n.b. if you commit to 2 years subscription, the developer plan works out cheaper even if you're still only working on a single site. We're likely to upgrade just based on this fact alone, although we are also looking at using our system as a hub for other NGOs and freelancers to sell from... and/or using the system on multiple domains.
