Dashboard draggable and clocks

What does Draggable do on the dashboard? How do I use it? I click Draggable, then drag a reservation which turns gray and blinks. That's all I can do with it.

I'd also like to know how to install the clock module on the dashboard. I can install it but after that I'm stuck. it doesn't show up in modules, and I have no idea how to get it in the dashboard.

Draggable does just that - click on it to be able to move reservations on the calendar. I just tried it and it works correctly. Make sure you have the latest update to be sure - v2.7.2

Clock module - you need to set the position to cpanel... I unpublished mine as it was cluttering the screen and I never use it.
