How to I format sigplus?

I've done a default install with demo data in a blank joomla site. My problem is how to format sigplus correctly. What I've got doesn't look too good:

How do I format this correctly? As you can see, out of the box the small thumbs are one long line. I've changed the size, and resized the images a bit. In this case, 3 columns would look a lot better. But how do I do that?
