How to change the captions

Hi team

As previously discussed, we are using Solidres for non-hotel industry, therefore, we should change the wording (e.g. "room" change to "dress")

I added some CSS statements, but seems hided all related captions, Can you advice how to locate the text element ?

On the other hand, If we added multi-language setting, Can I change the captions

e.g.
A. (1) Rooms and Rates (2) Guest info & Payment /....
B. In confirmation tab : Total Room cost (exclude taxes)
C. In email confirmation : Top right > Room Cost (Excl tax) : $xxx

Can I do that ?
