Collect guest info for Reservation properties

Hello,

For some kind of activities like renting a sailing boat for charter it is required to have a crew list.
For the boat owners it is easier to prepare all the paperwork until the guests will arrive.
So having the option available for reservations properties could be a nice feature and I presume is not very difficult to implement it because it is already made for Experiences.

Also, for both types (reservation and experience), will be nice to have the possibility to add/edit some custom fields in the form.
It is not necessarily to complete the guests list at the booking time, it could be just as an "add-on" with a reminder some days before checkin date
At the booing time, the guest could have the option to "Fill Later" that list
