How do you manage multiple bookings for the same room?

Hi,
if you have only 1 room left and more reservations are made, how do you process it (no online payments). Who is "winner"
1/ who make reservation first
2/ who pay first
3/ How do you process it - are you waiting and check the payment everyday manually?
4/ Should the customer pay witin few days and if the payment is not done, you cancel the reservation?

How can I see overlapping reservation? Can the system warn me or show warning in calendar or how can I simply see it to prevent overbooking?

Hi,

At this moment, to check overlapping reservations, you must use the search tool in the reservation list view to search for reservations in a given date range. However we will add new feature to make searching for duplicate reservations easier, please stay tuned.

Reccomendations - must have to prevent overbooking:
1/ There should be warning if no room is left and stuff want to confirm the room
2/ there should visible both reservations in calendar to find ovebooking - just now is wisible only 1
