Email address do not match issue

I'm getting this warning when registering as a user:

Warning
The email addresses you entered do not match. Please enter your email address in the email address field and confirm your entry by entering it in the confirm email address field.

What is the reason for this error, how to resolve it?

P.S I cannot see the confirm email address field in the booking form..

We are pretty sure that your template does have out of date template override for Solidres, in the guest form there is no confirmation email address field which should be there.

You can remove your out of date template override in Solidres System Info page easily. Then you should request your template developer to update their out of date template so that it can work with latest Solidres version.

You can also confirm by switching to the default Joomla template.
