Taxes not only percentage, also fixed amounts

hello,
i have a suggestions, we have city taxes that are fixed and not
based on a percentage, would be very helpful to have them
implemented, and we have 2 different for adults and for children
so if there is a way would be great addition.

Yes, we also need this function and urgently. We must also charge a city tax. Per adult/per night (e.g. 1,1€) and children (e.g. up to 10years are not obliged to pay city tax, but over 10 years must pay a same like adult.

It will be really nice to have a plugin or possiblities how solve this issue.
