[WP] "Install sample data" is missing from "System" menu

After installing from WP plugin (I did twice, once from the WP plugin library, and once via upload from my PC).
I am trying to follow the "Initial Configuration" steps, but I cannot d the first step, because there is no "Install sample data" under the System menu.
The first item is Currencies, the second item is Countries.

The install sample data section is now moved to menu System Info.

If I try to install the sample data I get the error: Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

The problem was only in XAMPP. I re-installed everything and installed the sample data already after I have installed just the full package and not like before after I have installed all Modules and Plugins. Then the sample data installation should not work anymore.

Make sure that your database does not contain any remaining Solidres tables and try again.

Or you can confirm by testing in a brand new WordPress installation.
